Biohacker couple aims to live until the age of 150 through healthy practices

According to the reports the couple is spending six figures annually and following a strict daily routine to stay healthy in hopes of living until the age of 150.

In the growing trend of biohacking, the biohacker couple named Kayla Barnes-Lentz and her husband are making headlines for their goal of living to at least 150 years. Committed to a strict daily routine and spending  a hefty amount on their health, the couple aim to optimise their lives in a healthier way.

According to the reports the couple is spending six figures annually and following a strict daily routine to stay healthy in hopes of living until the age of 150. Kayla Barnes-Lentz, a 33-year-old wellness CEO, said she’s dedicated to living a healthy life.

She said her focus on longevity is so strong that she asked her husband for detailed health and biology information before they even met. Barnes-Lentz said she wanted to ensure she and her husband would be compatible for over 100 years.

Barnes-Lentz mentioned that, unlike other biohackers aiming for immortality, her goal isn’t to live forever. She just wants “to live as long as her husband, not for eternity.”

Bryan Johnson is a well-known biohacker who has been attempting to defy death through his lifestyle choices, dietary habits, and various other methods.

Discussing her daily routine, she emphasised that morning sunshine is essential for starting their day, along with exercise.She stated that she and her husband, Warren, focus on their “morning workouts and getting sunlight as soon as it rises.” “We also do PEMF, or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, in the mornings. We have a clinical-grade device at home that we use together” said Lentz.

In the afternoons, they soak up more sunlight and occasionally enjoy “cold tub” days. To help increase oxygen intake, they use a hyperbaric chamber, which fits only one person at a time, so they take turns.

Their evenings consist of “an early organic dinner together.” She explained, “I cook our meals at home, and we usually eat around 5:30 pm. After dinner, we go for another walk, and then we have a sauna session to begin our wind-down routine. We turn on the red lights in our house at sunset.” They aim to be in bed by 9:00 pm every night.

The couple is working towards having a baby and is committed to a healthy journey. She revealed that she has spent years “optimising” her body for motherhood. She further added “I’ve helped my husband prepare his health for conception because we know that both parents’ well-being affects their children’s health,”.

Barnes-Lentz plans to conduct “in-depth labs” during her pregnancy to gather unique data on women in this stage. However, the couple does not intend to impose their lifestyle on their children. “We will simplify their lives by focusing on no screen time, outdoor play, getting dirty, and enjoying nature and sunshine,” she said.
