A dog lover from Bengaluru has made news for buying a rare "wolf dog" named Cadabomb Okami for ₹50 crore. This special dog is a mix of a wolf and a Caucasian Shepherd and is believed to be the first of its kind. It is also one of the most expensive dogs in the world.

According to The Sun, the new owner, S Sathish, is a famous dog breeder from Bengaluru. He is 51 years old and owns more than 150 different breeds. Although he stopped breeding dogs 10 years ago, he now earns well by showcasing his rare pets at events.

Okami, the newest member of his collection, was bred in the US and bought through a broker in India in February. Even though the pup is only eight months old, it already weighs 75 kg and stands 30 inches tall.

Sathish proudly describes Okami as an “extremely rare breed” that “looks exactly like a wolf.” He told The Sun that this particular breed has never been sold anywhere in the world before, making Okami a one-of-a-kind dog.

One of Okami’s parent breeds, the Caucasian Shepherd, is well known for its immense strength and protective instincts. These dogs originate from cold regions like Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and parts of Russia. Due to their powerful build and fearless nature, they are commonly used as guard dogs to protect livestock from predators like wolves.

Since bringing Okami home, Sathish has been proudly showcasing him at high-profile events across Karnataka, including movie premieres and special gatherings. He claims that his rare and majestic canines have become a major attraction, drawing large crowds wherever they go. Many people, fascinated by Okami’s unique appearance, are eager to take selfies with him.

Sathish has turned this growing popularity into a business, charging between ₹2.45 lakh for a 30-minute appearance and over ₹10 lakh for a five-hour event. His dogs have become a spectacle, gaining attention from both the public and the media.

"My dog and I get more attention than an actor at a movie screening. We are both major crowd-pullers," Sathish said, highlighting the immense curiosity and excitement Okami generates wherever he goes.
