American pizza brand Little Caesars is ready to launch its first outlet in India in June. The first store will open in Delhi NCR, marking the company’s entry into its 30th country worldwide.

Little Caesars is famous for its ‘Hot-N-Ready’ pizzas, known for being quick and affordable. After starting in India, the company plans to open more stores across the country in the coming months.

Paula Vissing, President of Global Retail at Little Caesars, said, “We’re anticipating introducing a unique menu that we believe will connect with Indian consumers.” She also called the company’s entry into India a “milestone”.

To run operations in India, Little Caesars has partnered with Harnessing Harvest, a company with long experience in the Indian food and hospitality sector. This group will help adjust the company’s standard style to suit Indian eating habits.

The Indian menu will be specially designed with regional flavours while still offering the brand’s popular pizzas. The focus will remain on fast service and affordable prices.

India is seeing a rise in demand for international fast-food brands, especially in cities, as food preferences change and incomes grow. Little Caesars recently expanded to Cambodia and Kuwait before choosing India.

Little Caesars began in 1959 in Detroit and is now the third-largest pizza chain in the world. It operates in all 50 states in the US and in many other countries. The company is part of the Ilitch Companies and is known for its self-service Pizza Portal, Crazy Bread, and Crazy Puffs.

The new launch in India is a major step for the brand as it aims to grow in the global market.
