A YouTuber from Haryana, Jyoti Malhotra, has reportedly admitted to having connections with Pakistani intelligence agents, according to sources. She is said to have been in regular contact with a man named Danish, who worked at the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi.

As per interrogation records accessed by India Today, Jyoti first met Danish, also known as Ehsar Dar, in 2023 when she went to the High Commission to get a visa to visit Pakistan.Danish was recently expelled from India on May 13, following rising tensions between India and Pakistan after the deadly Pahalgam attack, which killed 26 people.

Jyoti Malhotra, a 33-year-old YouTuber who runs the channel Travel with Jo with nearly 4 lakh subscribers, revealed more details during her questioning, according to sources. She said that in 2023, she visited the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi to ask about getting a visa for her trip to Pakistan. During that visit, she came into contact with Danish, a Pakistani official.

While she was in Pakistan, she met a man named Ali Hassan, who was in touch with Danish. Ali took care of her travel and stay and later introduced her to two people believed to be Pakistani intelligence officers, Shakir and Rana Shahbaz.

Jyoti reportedly told investigators that she saved Shakir's phone number using the fake name "Jatt Radhawa" to avoid getting caught. Even after returning to India, she stayed in touch with the Pakistani agents through secure messaging apps like WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Telegram.
