A 17-year-old boy ran away from home to avoid his Class 11 final exams, travelling nearly 2,000 km from Delhi to Tamil Nadu via Bengaluru. He first took a train to Bengaluru and then continued his journey by bus and auto-rickshaw to reach Krishnagiri in Tamil Nadu.

With no money or place to stay, he started working as a labourer at a construction site and lived in a temporary hut. The boy's family, worried about his sudden disappearance, reported him missing, and efforts were made to locate him.

DCP Vikram Singh of the Delhi Police Crime Branch said the boy’s father filed a missing complaint on February 21, stating that his son had left home and sent a message asking them not to search for him. In response, the police registered a case and formed a special team to track him down.

Police tracked the boy’s location to Tamil Nadu during their investigation. They found that he had first travelled to Bengaluru before making his way to Krishnagiri. A team was sent to Bengaluru to gather more information, which eventually led them to a construction site where he was found.

Further investigation revealed that the teenager was a Class 11 student at a school in Delhi's Connaught Place and had run away to avoid his final exams. After locating him, the police handed him over to his parents and arranged counselling to ensure his well-being.

Recently, another bizarre case involving a student went viral. Samarth Mahangade, a student from Pasarani village in Wai taluka, Maharashtra, gained attention on social media after a video surfaced of him using an unusual mode of transport to reach his exam venue.

With only 15-20 minutes left before the exam began and facing heavy traffic, Mahangade chose to paraglide to the venue instead of getting stuck on the road for hours. His unique approach not only helped him reach on time but also made him an internet sensation, sparking discussions about innovative ways to tackle everyday challenges.
