Popular YouTuber and teacher Khan Sir, known for his online classes, said he kept his recent marriage a secret because of the tense situation between India and Pakistan. In a video posted on Monday, the Patna-based teacher told his students, "I didn’t tell you one thing-when the war was going on, I got married." His students cheered loudly upon hearing the news.

Khan Sir said he first wanted to cancel the wedding and go help the soldiers at the border. But his parents had already made all the arrangements and were very upset at the idea of postponing it. Khan Sir has earlier been linked to protests like the ones against the Agniveer scheme and the recent BPSC candidates' protest.

Khan Sir said,In the end, I agreed to get married. I was angry at Pakistan for the sudden attack but went ahead with the wedding on one condition, no guests would be invited.”He added,I believe whatever I am today is because of my students. So if there was to be any celebration, my students had to be part of it. Now that things are calm, I promise to treat you all.”
