Tomorrowland has confirmed its first-ever full-scale Asian edition. The famous electronic dance music festival will be held in Thailand from December 11 to 13, making it the first time Asia hosts Tomorrowland in its complete form.
The festival will take place in Pattaya, a popular tourist city known for its beaches and nightlife.
Tomorrowland Thailand is being organised in partnership with the Thai Government, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), and a local operations team. The move highlights Thailand’s focus on attracting large international events and boosting experience-based tourism.
The Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand said, "Hosting Tomorrowland in Thailand marks an important milestone in our ambition to position the country as a leader in global tourism and creative experiences. We look forward to welcoming people from all over the world to discover the beauty, culture, and hospitality of Thailand."
The three-day festival will be hosted at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, located in Khao Mai Kaew, Bang Lamung District of Chonburi province. The venue spreads across 237 acres, offering space for multiple large stages and experiences.
For the first time in Asia, Tomorrowland’s iconic CORE and Freedom stages will be featured. Along with these, new stages and festival experiences are being specially designed for the Thailand edition. Organisers expect over 50,000 visitors each day during the festival.
Organisers have said that the Asian edition will stay true to Tomorrowland’s original style. The Belgian team is working closely with local partners to recreate the festival’s signature look, sound, and storytelling.
Bruno Vanwelsenaers, CEO of WEAREONE.world, said, "Expanding Tomorrowland to a new continent is a milestone we approach with great respect and excitement. Thailand feels like the right place, not only because of its beauty and energy, but also because of the shared ambition to create something meaningful and world-class together. This is the beginning of a long-term story."
For many Indian music lovers, attending Tomorrowland in Belgium has always been costly and difficult. Thailand, however, is closer, more affordable, and already a favourite travel destination for Indians.
With easy visas, short flight times, and familiar food options, Tomorrowland Thailand offers Indian EDM fans a more accessible way to experience the global festival. Scheduled for December 2026, the event promises not just music, but a complete holiday experience.
As preparations continue, excitement is building across Asia’s music scene. For fans who have waited years to see Tomorrowland up close, the countdown to December 2026 has officially begun.
