Reliance Jio has introduced special offers on select prepaid recharge plans ahead of the cricket season in India. Customers who recharge with Rs. 299 or more will get a free JioHotstar subscription, allowing them to stream live matches. With this, Jio is also offering a free trial of Jio AirFiber, its high-speed wireless broadband service.This trial offers unlimited Wi-Fi, access to over 800 live TV channels, and more than 11 popular OTT apps, ensuring a complete home entertainment experience for users.

With these benefits, users can enjoy IPL matches, movies, TV shows, anime, and documentaries in stunning 4K quality on their mobile devices and smart TVs. According to Jio, the offer is available to both new and existing customers. The Rs. 299 plan includes unlimited voice calls, 1.5GB of data per day, 100 SMS per day, and access to bundled apps like JioCloud and JioTV.

New users can get a Jio SIM with this plan or any higher-priced plan to enjoy the same benefits. Meanwhile, those who want unlimited 5G internet can recharge with plans that offer 2GB of data per day or more.

When can you avail of this offer?

The offer is available from March 17 to March 31. Jio has announced that customers who recharged before March 17 and already have an active plan can still get the benefits by purchasing a Rs. 100 add-on pack. This pack provides similar perks to the main offer.

These plans have been launched just in time for the Indian Premier League (IPL), which begins on March 22. According to Jio, the free JioHotstar subscription will be activated on the first day of the IPL and will remain valid for 90 days, allowing users to enjoy live cricket matches, along with movies, shows, and other entertainment content.

Apart from this offer, Jio also has other prepaid recharge plans that come with a free subscription to the streaming service. Customers can choose from different plans, including Rs. 100, Rs. 195, and Rs. 949, to get similar benefits. These plans allow users to enjoy live cricket matches, movies, TV shows, and more without any extra cost.
