Pune-based racer Diana Pundole is set to create history by becoming the first Indian woman to compete in a Ferrari in an international racing championship. The 32-year-old will be driving the Ferrari 296 Challenge car at the Ferrari Club Challenge Middle East, which will run from November 2025 to April 2026.

Sharing her excitement about the opportunity, Diana said, "It's truly an incredible honour. Being part of the Ferrari Club Challenge Middle East as the first Indian woman is a proud moment not just for me but for women in Indian motorsport. I hope it encourages more women to pursue their passion for racing."

Diana began her racing journey in 2018 under the JK Tyre Women in Motorsport program. She quickly made her spot by securing multiple podium finishes in various national-level events, earning recognition as one of the rising names in Indian racing.

With this new challenge, Pundole will now represent India on a global stage, driving one of the world’s most prestigious racing machines.
