Tribeca Developers, the company that works with the Trump Organisation in India, has launched the country’s first Trump-branded commercial real estate project. The project, named "Trump World Centre," is located in Pune, a city known for its global and local IT companies. Tribeca aims to achieve sales of over $289 million from this project.

India has become the largest market for Trump-branded real estate outside the United States in the past decade. Tribeca has worked with other local developers to create luxury residential projects in four Indian cities under licensing agreements.

The Trump World Centre will be built in partnership with Kundan Spaces, a well-known real estate company in Pune. The project is expected to be completed in about four years, according to Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers. He shared this update during an interview with Reuters in Mumbai.

Mehta also mentioned that Tribeca plans to launch three to four more Trump-branded luxury residential projects in northern and southern India within the next 4 to 6 weeks. He predicted that the combined sales from the new office project and upcoming residential projects could reach $1.15 billion.

This marks a major step in expanding the Trump brand's presence in India’s real estate market.
