To become a company secretary (CS), students need to complete the CS course. This course can be taken after finishing 12th grade or after graduation.

CS course after 12th

If a student wants to pursue CS after completing 12th grade, they must complete three stages:

  1. Foundation programme: This is the first level of the course.
  2. Executive programme: This is the second level after passing the Foundation Programme.
  3. Professional programme: This is the final stage before becoming a CS.

CS course after graduation

If a student has already completed their graduation, they can skip the foundation programme and directly join:

  1. Executive programme
  2. Professional programme

After successfully completing all the required stages, the individual will officially become a company secretary.
