In an unusual series of events, a man in Madhya Pradesh stole a luxury car worth nearly Rs 1 crore to please his angry wife. The theft happened in Harda, and the accused, Durgesh Rajput, was caught by the police within a few hours.

Rajput, who works as a driver in Khandwa district, was employed by Rakesh Agarwal, a resident of Indore. Agarwal owns a Range Rover. On Monday morning, Rajput asked for the car keys, saying he needed to clean it. Trusting him, Agarwal gave him the keys. However, instead of cleaning the car, Rajput drove off to meet his wife.

As soon as Agarwal realized that his car and driver were missing, he quickly reported the theft to the Palasia police station in Indore. Fortunately, the stolen Range Rover was equipped with a GPS tracking system, which enabled the police to track its exact location and movement in real time. This helped them quickly trace the vehicle and plan their next steps to recover it.

In just six hours, police tracked the stolen Range Rover to the Harda district, where officers from three different police stations worked together to stop it. Rajput was arrested within 45 minutes and taken into custody.
Soon after, Indore police arrived to retrieve the stolen vehicle and take Rajput into their custody.
During interrogation, Rajput admitted that he stole the car to please his upset wife, leaving the police surprised by his strange reason.
