Dubai Police adds Tesla Cybertruck to luxury patrol fleet

Recently, the Dubai Police General Command in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) made headlines as they introduced the Tesla Cybertruck into its tourist police luxury patrol fleet. This futuristic all-electric vehicle joins a lineup of high-performance cars aimed to ensure law enforcement and public safety in Dubai.
“The Dubai Police General Command has added the Tesla Cybertruck, the modern electric car with a futuristic design, to its tourist police luxury patrol fleet,” announced by Dubai Police, showcasing images of the Cybertruck decorated in a green and white wrap that mirrors the country’s police cruisers. The vehicle displays the Dubai Police logo on its hood.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk expressed his approval by commenting, “Cool,” with a smiling face wearing sunglasses emoji beside it. Even the Cybertruck itself responded to the announcement, saying, “Very cool to see – thanks for the trust.”
The Cybertruck is not just another patrol vehicle; it joins an impressive line of luxury cars already in the Dubai Police fleet. This collection includes esteemed models such as the Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Urus Performante, Aventador, Audi R8 Coupe V10, Bentley Continental GT, McLaren MP4-12C, Aston Martin One-77, Mercedes-AMG GT63 S, and Maserati GranTurismo.

Unique Features of the Tesla Cybertruck

Constructed from stainless steel used in rockets, the electric vehicle boasts a geometric design that sets it apart from conventional trucks. According to Tesla, the Cybertruck offers “better utility than a truck with more performance than a sports car.” It boasts a range of 250–500 miles (400–800 km) and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9–6.5 seconds, depending on the model.
In terms of pricing, the higher-end version of the Cybertruck is priced at $99,990 (Rs 83,29,052) in the U.S., with deliveries currently limited to within the country.
