legendary boxer Mike Tyson slapped internet sensation Jake Paul during their final weigh-in at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.  The moment was triggered when Paul attempted to provoke Tyson by getting in his face as they approached each other, leading to an intense reaction by the 58-year-old icon. Having been unfazed, Tyson quickly slapped him and stopped the confrontation as his team promptly separated them before things took a wrong turn.

Netflix captured the heated moment, and within hours, the clip had gone viral across social media. Tyson shot a hard stare at Paul's trash talk then turned to say, "Talk is over," before slapping him.

Paul, visibly rattled, responded furiously: "I didn't even feel it. He's angry. He's an angry little elf. Mike Tyson that was a cute slap but tomorrow he is going to be knocked the f*k out. He hits like a b**h. It's personal now. It's personal now. He must die,"

Tysons, who has 44 knockouts in his career, has vowed fans a knockout comeback, vowing to unleash the "Iron Mike" of his heyday in the ring. One day earlier, in an open workout, Tyson declared,  “I’m bringing the devil himself [to the ring],” and has said he won't hold anything back while performing for his long-awaited comeback.

The weigh-in showed that fighters were close in size: Paul weighed 227.2 pounds and Tyson weighed a couple of pounds more at 228.4 pounds. The originally scheduled eight-rounder was moved from July after Tyson was diagnosed with health issues. Now, before the nearly 31-year difference in age between them, the seasoned pro and his young foe are lining up against each other in the ring.

Speaking about his own preparation, Tyson said, "I realized I'm tougher than I thought I was. When I first agreed to this fight, I thought, 'What the f*** am I doing?' But now that I'm here, the fight is the party."

Paul took a different approach, focusing on building up his body for his first heavyweight bout. “I’ve been trying to eat as much as possible,” he said, noting that he consumes around 3,800 to 4,000 calories per day in hopes of feeling full with eggs, toast, steak, chicken, and his favorite bedtime snack, peanut butter, and jelly.
