Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently revealed some stunning accusations against the Biden administration. He claimed that officials from President Joe Biden's team would call Meta executives "scream at them," and "curse" as they demanded the removal of posts critical of the coronavirus vaccine.

On the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Zuckerberg revealed the harsh treatment he said his company faced at the hands of the administration.

Zuckerberg described the pressure from the Biden administration as "brutal," revealing that these calls were intense and highly confrontational. "Basically, these people from the Biden administration would call up our team and, like, scream at them and curse," Zuckerberg said. He was asked if any of these calls were recorded, to which he responded, "I don't think so."

Still, while criticizing the Biden administration, Zuckerberg expressed his respect for former President Donald Trump. He believes Trump "just wants America to win." This comes in the broader discussion of the Joe Rogan Experience show where Zuckerberg reflects on political pressure affecting tech companies.

This is the second time in a row Zuckerberg has accused the Biden administration of trying to censor content on social media platforms. He wrote a letter last year to Representative Jim Jordan, the Republican chair of the House Judiciary Committee, stating that the White House had "repeatedly pressured" Facebook to remove certain COVID-19 content, including jokes and satire. Zuckerberg admitted that Facebook had, at times, complied with these requests but emphasized that, with the benefit of hindsight, the company would make different choices today.

The White House responded by saying that during the pandemic, the administration called for actions that would promote public health and safety. "We believe tech companies and other private actors should take into account the effects their actions have on the American people while making independent choices about the information they present," the White House said.
