Unemployment and instances of paper leaks in Uttar Pradesh are believed to be the primary causes of the BJP's setback in the state.

Yogi Adityanath emphasized, quick actions in appointments, instructing the departments with vacancies and appointments to swiftly send proposals to selection commissions for approval. They've introduced an e-proposal system to make this process easier.

He also highlighted the need to carefully review rules and regulations before submitting appointment proposals.

BJP has witnessed a shocking result in UP in this election. The state that they were hoping to conquer over the topic of Ram Mandir gave them a setback. BJP just won 33 seats from UP, which is a major downfall compared to the last election when they won 62 constituencies from the state.

The UP's public showed their belief in the Samajwadi Party, making them the largest party in the state with 37 seats, which is 32 more than their seats count in the 2019, Lok Sabha polls.

Two days after this major blow, UP CM hosted a meeting with the state's top-ranking officials, including Additional Chief Secretaries and Principal Secretaries, to review the ongoing projects.

The Chief Minister also gave the following instructions:

Take the weather conditions into account while creating the academic calendar.

Make sure all the dues from the previous sugarcane crushing season are settled before the start of the new season.

Ensure that the quality and timeliness in the construction process under the 'One District, One Medical College' is maintained.

Set goals for officials to boost GST collection, with performance serving as the criteria for promotions.
