During his speech, Bhagwat criticized the recent election campaigns, describing them as lacking in standards.

He accused all political parties of participating in propaganda, utilizing technology to disseminate false agendas and narratives.

Bhagwat expressed concern that the misuse of technology had led to a negative atmosphere during the election period.

Regarding the RSS's involvement in elections, he clarified that the organization's role is to shape public opinion and raise awareness without delving into analyzing election results. He expressed disappointment over RSS being needlessly dragged into election debates and disputes.

In Manipur, recent violence has sparked serious concerns. Mohan Bhagwat has emphasized the urgent need for action to restore peace in the region. Despite a decade of relative calm, the resurgence of violence in Manipur has raised questions about the causes and responses to this troubling situation. The clashes between the Meitei and Kuki communities have resulted in approximately 200 fatalities and the displacement of numerous individuals. The unrest has also led to widespread arson, causing damage to homes and government structures.

Bhagwat highlighted the importance of consensus in a parliamentary democracy, advocating for a balanced consideration of all viewpoints in discussions. He stressed that elections aim to elect representatives capable of reaching a consensus on critical national matters. Bhagwat called for eradicating caste system, starting with efforts within households to address historical injustices, viewing this as a crucial step towards societal healing and unity.

Mohan Bhagwat has emphasized the significance of religious tolerance and unity. He has called for mutual respect and acceptance among diverse religious communities, stressing the need for unity and acknowledging the positive aspects of all religions in the context of Indian society.
