The group of invitees includes political parties from countries like Australia, Bangladesh, Israel, Russia, Tanzania, Uganda, and Vietnam. Additionally, political parties from Sri Lanka and Mauritius are also part of the delegation.

Among the notable invitees are the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna and the United National Party from Sri Lanka, and the Militant Socialist Movement and Mauritius Labour Party from Mauritius.
