Gujarat’s Rhea Singha wins Miss Universe India 2024

Former Miss Universe India 2015, Urvashi Rautela, placed a special "Taj Mahal crown" on Rhea during the crowning moment.

The new Miss Universe India 2024 is 19-year-old Rhea Singha from Gujarat. She will now represent India in the renowned international Miss Universe 2024 contest. The night of excitement and joy culminated in the grand finale on Sunday in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Rhea, who labels herself as a ‘TEDx Speaker | Actor’ on Instagram, expressed gratitude for her success. In an interview with ANI, she expressed her excitement, saying, “I am so thankful. I have worked tirelessly to reach a point where I feel worthy of this crown. I am deeply inspired by the previous winners of this title.”

Rhea wowed the crowd with a sparkling peach-gold gown for the grand finale of Miss Universe India 2024. She dazzled the crowd in the costume round with a stunning white, red and yellow ensemble teamed with a veil, symbolically cradling a Shivling in her arms. In the swimsuit round, she walked the stage with confidence while wearing a metallic red bikini.

Former Miss Universe India 2015 Urvashi Rautela placed a special ‘Taj Mahal crown’ on Rhea’s head for the crowning moment. Urvashi, one of the judges, expressed her enthusiasm and hope for India’s performance on the global arena.

“The winners are just amazing. She told the journalists, “I think they will represent our nation with immense pride, and I hope India will win the Miss Universe title again this year.
Rhea Singha is currently preparing to represent India in the Miss Universe 2024 competition, which is set to take place later this year. Fans throughout the country are looking forward to her journey, as she hopes to carry on India’s legacy on the international stage.
