It is, of course, that almost all of the families in this village are NRIs. The families who are living in foreign countries – most of them belong to the US, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and other African and European countries – are depositing crores of Indian rupees in the banks that are serving the area.

It is thought that the community has 20,000 dwellings, while the number of families that are living overseas is 1,200. Those villagers who are not staying and working abroad but still, they entertain a close relationship with their hometown. They seem to have an appetite for saving and depositing money in the banks that are located in their community.

Besides the remarkable economic success, the villages are also provided with good access to these necessary facilities: clean water, sanitation, good roads, schools, temples, lakes, and parks and homes.
