The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden in Srinagar, Jammu, and Kashmir, has been certified by the World Book of Records (London) as Asia's largest tulip garden. It was established in 2007 to boost tourism and floriculture in the Kashmir valley. It covers an area of 74 acres and has over 1.5 million tulip bulbs of 68 types of different varieties. In addition to tulips, the garden has 46 other types of flowers, including hyacinths, daffodils, and ranunculus, which were imported from Holland.

At the Tulip Garden, a prestigious formal ceremony took place at which Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad the Commissioner Secretary of Floriculture, Gardens & Parks, received a distinguished certification from Santosh Shukla, the President and CEO of the World Book of Records (London). The event was adorned with the esteemed presence of Dilip N Pandit, the Editor of the World Book of Records (London), along with the honorable Director of Floriculture Kashmir, a multitude of distinguished officials, and the dedicated and diligent gardening staff.

The garden was formerly known as Siraj Bagh. The garden's inclusion in the World Book of Records is expected to boost tourism in Srinagar and the Kashmir region. It is hoped that this will attract more visitors from all over the world.

The Garden is situated in the foothills of the Zabarwan Range. It is a cascading beauty, built on seven terraces that slope down to the Dal Lake. It is a must-visit tourist destination for wanderlust. The Tulip Garden is a major traveler enchantment in Srinagar and facilitates reinforcing the local economic system.

It is a popular spot for weddings and different events.  It is open to the general public from March to April, but the quality time to visit is in mid-March to early April when the tulips are in complete bloom. In addition to tulips, the garden also has quite a few other plant life, together with daffodils, hyacinths, and roses. There are also some fountains and water functions within the lawn, which add to its splendor.

The garden is positioned at Cheshma Shahi, approximately 10 kilometers from the middle of Srinagar. The entrance charge for the lawn is INR 20 for adults and INR 10 for kids. The garden is open from 8 am to 7 pm. The lawn is also home to some other sights, such as a kid's park, a boating lake, and a meals court docket.
