Mobile internet services have been put on hold in certain regions of Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, according to official reports on Tuesday. This measure has been taken for safety reasons in response to concerns about the misuse of mobile data services and potential threats to public order.
The directive to halt mobile data services in the Wampora and Hunipora sectors of the south Kashmir district was given by Vijay Kumar, Additional Director General of Police , Kashmir Zone.
