Prime Minister Narendra Modi slams AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal for claiming that Haryana had "poisoned" the Yamuna River to disrupt Delhi’s water supply. Modi called Kejriwal’s comments disrespectful to the country. Speaking at a rally in Delhi, Modi also said that AAP was worried about losing the upcoming elections and was acting out of fear. He compared AAP leaders to Charles Sobhraj, a notorious conman, for tricking people.

PM Modi strongly criticized a former Delhi Chief Minister for making "disgusting" accusations against the people of Haryana. He said that out of fear of losing, AAP leaders were getting worked up.He questioned whether people from Haryana were any different from those in Delhi, asking if relatives living in Delhi didn’t also come from Haryana. He also asked if the people of Haryana could poison the water that they drink.

He said that these accusations were not just an insult to Haryana, but to all Indians, and the country's values and character. He emphasized that in India, providing water is seen as a good deed. He confidently stated that this time, the people of Delhi would teach a lesson to those who make such "cheap" remarks and that AAP’s ship would sink in the Yamuna.

The Election Commission has asked Arvind Kejriwal to prove his claim that Haryana is poisoning the Yamuna water to disrupt Delhi's water supply. Kejriwal has to respond by 8 pm today.

PM Modi questioned how anyone could think Haryana would poison water that everyone in Delhi, including him, drinks. He pointed out that people from all walks of life, from judges to regular citizens rely on the Yamuna water.
Modi also said he’s sure the BJP will win the upcoming Delhi elections. He believes the people of Delhi are tired of AAP’s false promises and want a government that will bring real change. Modi promised the BJP would focus on building houses for the poor, providing tap water to every home, modernizing Delhi, and getting rid of the tanker mafia.

PM Modi accused AAP and Congress of secretly teaming up, saying that if both parties come to power together, Delhi will face even more problems. He claimed that AAP realizes it’s on the verge of losing and is now trying to help Congress win some seats so they can grab power together later, creating a "double AAP-da."

He pointed out that despite AAP’s 11 years and Congress’s 15 years in power, Delhi’s problems like traffic, waterlogging, and pollution are still unsolved. Modi blamed both parties for destroying the city’s future and said the people of Delhi had suffered for 25 years.

Modi urged people to vote for the BJP to bring about real change and complete the work left undone by AAP and Congress. He asked voters to give the BJP a chance to plan for the next 25 years, referencing the party's symbol, the lotus.

Delhi will vote on February 5, and the results will be announced on February 8, with a tough fight between AAP, BJP, and Congress. Finally, he compared AAP leaders to Charles Sobhraj, a famous conman, urging people to be careful of leaders who deceive them.
