In a tragic incident in Kerala’s Alappuzha district, five first-year medical students lost their lives when their car collided head-on with a state transport bus on Monday night. Heavy rains and slippery roads are believed to have contributed to the accident, police said.
The accident was caught on CCTV, showing the car losing control and crashing into the KSRTC bus. There were 11 students from TD Medical College in the car. Out of them, six were injured, and two are in very serious condition. Sadly, five students died in the accident. Their names are Muhammad Ibrahim, Devanandan, Ayush Shaji, Muhammad Jabbar, and Sreedeep Valsan.
