Indrajaal Drone Defence launched the ‘Indrajaal Ranger’, the country’s first Anti-Drone Patrol Vehicle (ADPV). The fully mobile, AI-enabled system is designed to detect, track, and neutralise hostile drones while on the move, addressing a key vulnerability in national security.

Unlike traditional stationary anti-drone systems, the Ranger is a combat vehicle capable of real-time patrolling, drone detection, and instant interception. The need for such a mobile solution grew in response to recent incidents, including ISI-linked weapon smuggling and the neutralisation of hundreds of drones from Pakistan this year, which have been used in India’s Rs 3-lakh-crore drug trafficking network.

Kiran Raju, CEO and Founder of Indrajaal, said: "Each drone neutralised translates to lives protected and India's internal security strengthened. This is our primary mission at Indrajaal to defend freedom."

The ADPV is built to protect key areas such as border roads, canals, farms, critical infrastructure, and dense urban zones. Its AI-driven systems can autonomously assess threats and instantly neutralise hostile drones.

Lieutenant General Devendra Pratap Pandey (Retd), PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM, who was the Guest of Honour at the launch, praised the innovation: "India's youth deserve a safer nation, free from the shadow of international crime networks. Technologies like the Anti-Drone Patrol Vehicle are not just machines; they are shields protecting our children, our farmers, and our future. With this new Ranger launch, the country and the brave men guarding our borders will be truly grateful for such a transformative contribution."

The Indrajaal Ranger is expected to disrupt criminal operations by cutting off supply routes and financial channels, weakening smuggling and extremist networks. This added layer of security aims to protect vulnerable border communities and restore safety in affected areas.
