The excitement is building as Hyderabad prepares to host the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant, making a grand return to India in May 2025. The international beauty event is scheduled from May 7 to May 31, with the grand finale taking place at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad.

This is a major milestone for both Hyderabad and the state of Telangana, as the global spotlight turns to one of India’s most dynamic cultural and technological hubs.

Telangana to host Miss World 2025

Telangana offers a perfect mix of heritage, hospitality, and high-end infrastructure, making it an ideal host for the Miss World pageant. What to expect: Events, culture & glamour

The Miss World 2025 festivities will kick off as contestants from over 120 countries have begun to arrive on May 6 and 7. The opening ceremony on May 10th at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium will feature vibrant performances of traditional Telangana folk and tribal dances.

A series of cultural, social, and entertainment events will happen across different locations in Telangana, allowing delegates and audiences to immerse themselves in local traditions and experiences.

These activities will lead up to the much-awaited crowning ceremony at the HITEX Centre, where the new Miss World will be announced.
