In addition to individual internships, the government aims to train 10 lakh youths annually under the scheme. Additionally, the scheme empowers 50,000 young individuals each year to disseminate information about other government initiatives. These designated representatives, known as ‘Yojana Dut,’ will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between government schemes and the public.

The impact of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana extends to both rural and urban areas. For rural regions, the government plans to appoint one representative per gram panchayat. In urban centers, one representative will serve approximately 5,000 people. This ensures that the benefits of the program reach every corner of Maharashtra. By investing in the youth, Maharashtra aims to create a skilled workforce that contributes to economic growth and social development.
