American rapper Kanye West, known as Ye, and his Yeezy sneaker business are being sued by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract, as per a report in the Guardian.

According to news reports by TMZ, and Rolling Stone, Pisciotta is also suing Yeezy, a firm controlled by Ye for fraud, and unpaid pay, accusing him of mental anguish, stated Rolling Stone, citing the court filings. She alleges she was purposefully given mental pain and is now entitled to $3 million as compensation for breach of contract and hostile work environment.

Lauren Pisciotta claims she lost her position in 2022 when she did not receive the $4 million bonus she had been promised for becoming West's "chief of staff." In addition, she claims that a multimillion-dollar severance payment was never made. Pisciotta collaborated with West on his album Donda, which was released in 2021, as well as his Yeezy women's apparel line. According to reports, Pisciotta worked for Kanye as his assistant in 2021, earning a million dollars a year and being at his disposal "round-the-clock."She consented to the lone request, which was to make herself available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, as per Page Six.

According to the complaint, Kanye had no issue with Pisciotta collecting money via OnlyFans and through social media, but, he then requested that he be considered ‘God-like’ and pushed her to ask her to remove her account, in return for an extra $1 million, the claim alleges. Although Pisciotta agreed to his demands, she claims the rapper began to sexually harass her. He allegedly increased the model's salary to $2 million a year in exchange, making up for the reduced income. However, he never made adjustments to her salary.

Kanye West Faces Allegations from Former

According to the former assistant, West masturbated in front of her on a flight to Paris and she subsequently received explicit messages from him. According to the filing, the rapper allegedly wrote, “See my problem is I am wanting to fuk but then after I fuk I want a girl to tell me how hard they have been fucked while I’m fucking them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” read one of the texts from Kanya to Pisciotta, mentioned in the suit. As per the suit, in another text, the “Runaway” singer texted Pisciotta, “Is my di*k racist? I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”

She alleged that West instructed her to bring him a sexual enhancement "honey" before his sexual sessions, was "fixated on the penis size" of her partners, and provided footage of himself having sex with a model. In another incident, he allegedly locked them in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep. She also said that he grew enraged when she denied any overtures to "date or have sex" with him.

Meanwhile, West's legal team accused the 35-year-old of blackmailing the rapper and slammed her complaint as "baseless" in a statement sent to Page Six on Tuesday. "In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected. Before her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved," the statement said.

"She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct," it added.

West's team further contended that Pisciotta "offered Ye sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent Ye unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives, and was seen twerking in the office during business hours. "Pisciotta offered Ye sex on his birthday, to which he declined, sent Ye unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives, and was seen twerking in the office during business hours," according to a statement made by West's legal team. Additionally, they referenced an incident in which Pisciotta spoke of being "ejaculated on by a soccer player while simultaneously texting her boss."

The case was initially reported in the US by TMZ and then confirmed by Rolling Stone, The Wrap, and US Weekly, which says court documents were filed on Monday in the US. The BBC has thus far been unable to verify the filing. Last November, various workers of his Yeezy design company alleged Rolling Stone he had played pornographic videos during staff meetings, and shown an intimate image of his then-wife Kim Kardashian in job applications.

In the past, the actor has referred to a “full-on pornography addiction” that “destroyed my family”. He once told Apple Music's Zane Lowe that it had played a vital influence in his life from boyhood. “For me, Playboy was my gateway into full-on pornography addiction,” he said. “My dad had a Playboy left out at age five and it’s affected almost every choice I made for the rest of my life.” Last month Milo Yiannopoulus, who was Kanye’s chief of staff, resigned from the firm over his ambitions to develop a pornography branch.

Ye's team also accused her of "using sexual coercion" to obtain more compensation and benefits, including money for plastic surgery, a Lamborghini, and Hermes Birkin handbags. "Upon having her advances rebuked, Pisciotta's blackmail demands have gone from $60 million last year to $50 million in last week's frivolous filing," the lawyers stated adding that her "behavior is entirely inconsistent with someone who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment."
