Excitement continues to buzz among BTS fans as Jungkook, a member of the beloved K-pop group, returns to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. This time, Jungkook is not just one of the BTS boys, but a rising solo artist celebrating the release of his first album named "Golden".

Highlights from the Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show

During a gripping 9-minute segment, the star showcased his engaging personality, delighting fans and even Jimmy himself. He proudly shared his accomplishments, discussed his passion for cooking noodles, and showed off his dance moves. But above all, he took a moment to express heartfelt gratitude to their adoring fanbase, the ARMY, for their tireless support in his journey to global stardom.

Jungkook Phobia and His Plans for Global Tour

It might come as a surprise to learn that this global icon harbors a quaint phobia - he fears microwaves. Why? He's simply anxious it might explode! Despite these quirks, fans are clearly keen on every part of this chart-topping singer's life, as proven when his live stream - where he candidly fell asleep for 45 minutes - was viewed by six million fans. Saying it was "a bit embarrassing", his humility did nothing but charm the audience even more.

Yet, even amid all the enthusiasm, Jungkook remained level-headed when asked about possible plans for a global tour. He responded with admirable modesty, mentioning that he would consider going on a world tour only once he believes he has enough songs to offer. He even added that each of his songs goes through a review with his BTS bandmates.

The Golden Album

Arguably the highlight of the night was Jungkook's performance of 'Standing Next to You,' a hit song from his freshly released album. The album, titled 'Golden', is not just a collection of songs. It is a tribute to his journey, enclosed in a name. As Jungkook revealed during the show, Golden is a spin on his nickname, 'Golden Maknae,' given by RM, another BTS member.

Much to the delight of everyone, the album brags a remarkable collection of 11 tracks. These include mesmerizing collaborations with top artists like Major Lazer, Ed Sheeran, DJ Snake, and Shawn Mendes, to name a few. The album hit platinum status soon after its release, and its song 'Seven' stands as the fastest song to collect one billion streams.
