Nawazuddin Siddiqui brother arrested in UP for committing fraud

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui brother Ayazuddin had been arrested by Budhana police in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. He has been arrested on accusations of forgery, as reported by India TV.
Anand Dev Mishra, Station House Officer (SHO), Budhana, stated: “Ayazuddin Siddiqui was arrested on Tuesday and sent to jail the same day. The arrest was made in connection with a cheating case registered against him over a month ago.”
According to the complaint, Ayazuddin Siddiqui submitted fake district magistrate (DM) court orders in the office of Consolidation Department in December 2023. The SHO stated that an investigation confirmed the claims to be accurate.
Mishra stated that an FIR was filed against the accused under sections 420 (cheating) and 467 (forgery) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in response to a complaint made by Rajkumar, a reader of the DM.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s brother has previously been involved in legal difficulties. In 2018, Ayazuddin Siddiqui was accused of offending religious sensitivities by posting an offensive photo on social media.
In his defence, Ayazuddin had said, “A man posted a derogatory pic of Lord Shiva. I confronted him and wrote that such posts shouldn’t be shared as they can hurt religious sentiments. Instead, a case was filed against me. The charges should be investigated.”

Nawaz recently made news after his ex-wife Aaliya Anand Pandey made numerous serious claims against him, ranging from assaulting and depriving her of food to imprisoning her at home. The situation deteriorated, and Siddiqui ended up writing a lengthy statement on social media, emphasising his side of the event. For those who are unaware, the two will officially separate in March 2023.
However, Aaliya recently announced on her Instagram account that she is celebrating her 14th anniversary with the Ganges of Wasseypur actor. She is pictured in the post with Nawaz and their children. This photo depicts a New Year’s celebration. ”Celebrating 14 years of wedded bliss with my one and only. Anniversary cheers,” she wrote in her caption. For those who are unaware, Aaliya has also appeared on Salman Khan’s reality show. However, her time on Bigg Boss OTT 2 was brief.

The talented actor, who was last seen in the Telugu action thriller Sandhav, will now appear in Section 108. Aside from that, he has films like Adbhut and Noorani Chehra in the making.
