A shocking incident took place in the Gandhinagar district of Gujarat, a man was kidnapped and murdered after only four days of his marriage. Police investigations revealed that his wife and her cousin, who she had been in love with before her marriage, were behind this crime.

The deceased is identified as Bhavik from Ahmedabad. He got married recently to Payal of Gandhinagar. According to the police, three men kidnapped and then murdered Bhavik while it was a planned conspiracy.

On Saturday, Bhavik went to Payal's parental home to pick her up. Concern grew when he failed to return on time. Payal's father called Bhavik's father to check on him, but the family was shocked to learn that Bhavik had already left long ago.

Worried about his whereabouts, Payal's family began searching for him. During the search, they found a two-wheeler, believed to be Bhavik's, lying abandoned on the road.

Eyewitnesses later told police that three men had hit Bhavik's bike with an SUV from behind, causing him to fall. They then kidnapped him.

The worried family quickly approached the police and complained about Bhavik's disappearance. The police grew suspicious because Bhavik had gotten married only a few days before, so they questioned Payal. Payal, under pressure, accepted that she was the one to plot the abduction and murder.

Payal confessed in the investigation that she had been loving her cousin Kalpesh even before marriage. Her parents got her married to Bhavik. The frustration in her was so severe that she hatched a plot with Kalpesh to murder her husband.

The police disclosed that Payal had called Bhavik while he was on his way home to inquire about his location. She then passed the details to Kalpesh. Taking forward the plan, Kalpesh and two other accomplices abducted Bhavik, strangled him to death inside the SUV, and later discarded the body in the nearby Narmada Canal.

Based on Payal’s confession, the police tracked down and arrested Kalpesh and his two accomplices. During questioning, Kalpesh admitted to the crime, detailing how they executed the murder.

The police have now registered a case under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) for murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and kidnapping. Payal and the three accused men are currently in custody, and further investigations are underway.

The police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crime and any additional involvement in the conspiracy.
