In Bengaluru, four members of a family were discovered dead under mysterious circumstances in their rented house in RMV 2nd Stage, within the Sadashivanagar Police Station limits. Officials have identified the victims as Anup Kumar, 38, his wife Rakhi, 35, their 5-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son, all originally from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

The grim discovery was made by the family’s domestic help, who arrived at the house on Monday morning for her routine work. After knocking on the door without receiving any response, she peered through a window and saw the lifeless bodies inside. She immediately alerted the neighbors, who then called the police.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central), Shekhar H Tekkannavar, confirmed the incident, stating that the bodies were found in the house under unexplained circumstances.

Preliminary investigations suggest that financial difficulties might have driven the couple to take such an extreme step. However, authorities have not made any official declarations regarding the cause of death. Anup Kumar worked as a software consultant at a private firm in Bengaluru, and the family was reportedly facing some financial challenges.

The police have launched a thorough investigation to uncover the details surrounding the deaths. As the case develops, more information is expected to be released. Meanwhile, the local community is left in shock, mourning the loss of the family.
