DLF Realty has recorded a Rs 7,200 crore sale from its latest premium residential complex, DLF Privana South in Gurugram, which sold out within days of its introduction.

DLF's upscale residential offering in Gurugram's Sectors 76 and 77 was sold out in just 72 hours during its pre-launch phase, spanning around 25 acres (about 10 hectares).

This private enclave will have 1,113 premium properties spread across seven buildings, including 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. 'DLF Privana South' will be part of the larger "DLF Privana" development, which will span roughly 116 acres in Sectors 76 and 77.

The property overlooks the Aravalli Range and is located near the future 10,000-acre Safari Park.

To discourage bulk bookings, each buyer was allotted only one unit, with about 25% of the sales coming from Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and a booking amount of Rs 50 lakh as opposed to the industry standard of Rs 10 lakh.
