Ola Electric, the biggest electric vehicle maker in India, recently said that it has fixed 99.1% of customer complaints and made the customers satisfied. This announcement comes after many complaints were made a few weeks ago, which caught the attention of the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA). The company shared this news in a report to the stock market.

Harish Abhichandani, the Chief Financial Officer of Ola Electric, said the company has a good way to deal with complaints about their vehicles. He mentioned that they received 10,644 complaints from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) and managed to fix 99.1% of them, making the customers happy. They achieved this by using their detailed system for handling complaints.

Comedian Kunal Kamra questions the company’s claims

Kunal Kamra, a comedian who had a tough conversation with Ola Electric's founder, Bhavish Aggarwal, responded to the company's claims on X. He expressed scepticism, saying, "99% of consumer complaints solved means 99% of bikes are moving? Hard to believe. If you're part of the 1%, leave your story below." Kamra encouraged customers whose complaints had not been resolved to share their experiences online.

Ola Electric says it has fixed many customer complaints, but many customers still have problems with their scooters. They often complain about things like defects in the scooters' manufacturing, unkind behaviour from the service workers, and slow delivery of spare parts. Some customers also say that the company is unfair and uses ads that can be misleading.
