Buying land in India is now getting a digital twist. Plotted development company House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced a partnership with quick-commerce firm Zepto, allowing users to explore and book residential plots directly through the Zepto app, a platform millions already use to order groceries and essentials.
The companies said the collaboration is aimed at making land buying simpler, faster, and more transparent by moving the process online. For the first phase, HoABL will showcase premium plots in Vrindavan (Uttar Pradesh) and Neral (Maharashtra) through the Zepto app.
The process is straightforward: users can type “land” in the Zepto search bar, which will redirect them to a dedicated page showing HoABL’s available plots. From there, they can browse different options, make an inquiry, and even pay a refundable token amount to reserve a plot. Payments will be made in stages, making the investment process smoother.
Saurabh Jain, Chief Marketing Officer at HoABL, said the partnership allows the company to reach a larger audience by bringing its projects to a platform people use daily. He added that the launch of the company’s Vrindavan Global project during Janmashtami makes the tie-up timely, as Vrindavan is one of India’s most important religious destinations.
Founded in 2020, the Mumbai-based HoABL has quickly made a mark in the real estate sector. The company has already sold 11 million sq ft of developed land and currently has 30 million sq ft under active development. Its projects are spread across popular tourist, leisure, and religious destinations such as Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, and Dapoli, with future projects planned in Amritsar and Shimla.
Chandan Mendiratta, Chief Brand and Culture Officer at Zepto, said the tie-up is about making land buying accessible. “We want to simplify land access by bringing HoABL’s digital buying journey to a platform already trusted by millions of shoppers,” he said.
With this move, both companies believe land investment can become as quick and easy as ordering groceries online.
