Parag Desai, a top executive at Wagh Bakri Tea Group, tragically lost his life at the age of 49 this Sunday. The cause of his death was a brain hemorrhage following a violent encounter with stray dogs outside his home as reported by Ahmedabad Mirror.

On October 15, Desai was aggressively attacked by stray dogs near his residence. A security guard was the one to alert his family about the unfortunate incident, swiftly securing medical assistance for him. Initially admitted to Shelby Hospital for observation, he was later moved to Zydus Hospital for surgical intervention. However, despite the team's best efforts, the brain hemorrhage resulting from his injuries proved fatal.

Gujarat Congress chief and Rajya Sabha member, Shaktisinh Gohil, expressed his sorrow over Desai's passing in a heartfelt social media post. He wrote, “Very sad news coming in. Parag Desai, Director and Owner Wagh Bakri Tea, passed away. He had a brain hemorrhage following a fall. May his soul rest in peace. My condolences to the entire Wagh Bakri family across India."
