ConveGenius.AI may be an ed-tech powerhouse closing the educational gap in tier-2, tier-3, and rural areas, but behind its user-friendly interfaces and vibrant dashboards lies a mission to support millions of students eager to succeed in school and life, building a brighter future for themselves and their families.
This Children’s Day was unforgettable at ConveGenius. They welcomed Angel, a 10th-grade student and long-time SwiftChat user, as the CEO for a day. Angel’s journey is exceptional—from surviving blood cancer to being a committed SwiftChat user since the pandemic, she reflects the determination of countless students in India who lack resources but not ambition. Her resilience and passion for growth speak to the heart of ConveGenius’s mission to support students across its platforms.
For one day, Angel traded her school routine for the CEO role, sharing a firsthand perspective that offered the ConveGenius team valuable insights into a young learner’s experience. Touring departments—from Product and Technology to Marketing and Business—she provided practical ideas to improve user engagement and make learning more enjoyable. Her suggestions ranged from making SwiftChat’s “monsters” funny instead of scary to gamifying the experience by adding “power cap” and “flying shoes” for the mascot, Swiftee, to make learning feel like an adventure. She also envisioned a coin-earning system on the platform, allowing her to show her parents her progress as tangible proof of learning.
“These ideas may sound simple, but they’re invaluable,” shared Shikhar Gupta, ConveGenius’s Chief Product Officer. “Students like Angel remind us that our purpose goes beyond stats—it’s about creating a learning experience that truly resonates and connects.”
Co-founder and MD Jairaj Bhattacharya saw Angel’s visit as a refreshing reminder of the company’s core mission. Her energy and clear insights offered a vivid reminder that behind each data point is a real child, with dreams, challenges, and the power to inspire. “Angel showed us that each student represents so much more than just a user—they’re individuals with hopes and challenges, whose feedback can shape our future,” he said.
An inspiring day:
Angel said “it feels amazing to know that my ideas can make a difference,” with a smile. “Maybe one day, I’ll create a company like ConveGenius.”
Angel’s time at ConveGenius sparked fresh enthusiasm within the team for the #SabkaAI movement, which is focused on delivering accessible learning through AI, regardless of students' backgrounds. By listening to students like Angel, ConveGenius continues to create a human-centered approach to ed-tech that resonates with the dreams and imaginations of young learners.
