On January 2, an unexpected crime took a bizarre turn when a burglar, after breaking into a woman's house and finding nothing of value, ended up kissing her before fleeing the scene.
The incident happened in the quiet neighborhood of Malad. According to the woman who filed the complaint, she was home alone when a man, later identified as Chanchal Chaudhary, broke into her house. The accused locked the door from the inside, gagged her, and demanded her valuable possessions, including earrings, cash, her mobile phone, and an ATM card.
However, since nothing of value was found in the house, the thief's movewas shocking. Instead of stealing anything, the accused kissed the woman and ran off.
After the thief ran away, the woman immediately called the police and lodged a complaint at the Kurar Police Station. The authorities swung into action very quickly, and an investigation was launched. ChanchalChaudharywasarrestedbythepolicewithinhoursof the complaint beinglodged.
