Mumbai doctor finds human finger inside ice cream, says "I am Traumatized"

A Mumbai doctor, Orlem Brandon Serrao, found a finger inside ice cream that he ordered online from a grocery delivery app. The doctor said, “I confused it with a nut but after having a closer look at it, I was traumatized.” The finger inside ice cream was discovered in a butterscotch flavor, adding to the shock and horror of the situation.

A complaint has been registered against this bizarre incident in the Mallad police station. Dr. Serrao a resident of Mallad asked his sister to order an ice cream while ordering groceries from an online app. But to his surprise, the butterscotch ice cream that he ordered came with an extra topping.

“I had ordered three cone ice creams from an app. One of them was a butterscotch ice cream of Yummo brand. After eating half of it, I felt a solid piece in my mouth. I thought it could be a nut or a chocolate piece and spat it out to check what it was,” said Dr Serrao.

On further describing the examination of the finger he said, “I am a doctor so I know how body parts look like. When I carefully examined it, I noticed the nails and fingerprint impressions under it. It resembled a thumb. I am traumatized.”

A case has been registered against the Yummo ice cream company and the finger has been sent for forensic analysis.

Ravi Adane, Senior PI, Malad Police Station told ANI, “We received a complaint stating that a piece of flesh was found in the ice cream ordered online. We have taken the piece of flesh for investigation. A case under sections 272, 273, and 336 of the Indian Penal Code, has been registered against the ice cream company. We are investigating the case…”
