Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal issued ‘Kejriwal ki 10 guarantee on Sunday, May 12, in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pledge. He attributed his arrest to the announcement’s delay.
In the Delhi liquor policy case, Kejriwal was detained by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on March 21. The Supreme Court granted him temporary bail, allowing him to campaign for the election till June 1.
The chief minister of Delhi disclosed that he has not deliberated on these assurances with the INDI Alliance, which includes the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal. He conveyed his optimism that the coalition partners won’t encounter any issues regarding the guarantees.
The ten pledges include ‘Nation first’ policy, free and excellent education, improved healthcare, and 200 units of free power for the impoverished, in addition to 24-hour electricity availability across the nation.
Kejriwal pledged to allow the army unrestricted authority to eradicate “Chinese encroachment”. In addition, he promised farmers the Minimum Support Price (MSP) and Delhi, the nation’s capital, full state status.
The chief minister of Delhi made a commitment to create two crore employment in a year, eradicate corruption, remove the Goods and Services Tax (GST) from the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and streamline the GST.
“BJP has always failed on its promises; my guarantees have proven track record,” Mr Kejriwal said. “People have to take a call whether to go for ‘Kejriwal ki 10 Guarantee’ or ‘Modi Guarantee.”

5. Abandonment of the Agniveer Scheme: According to Kejriwal, we would do away with the contractual system, put all enrolled children on permanent posts, and guarantee that the army has enough funding.
6. Farmers’ Welfare: To guarantee that farmers live respectable lifestyles, provide just recompense for crops in accordance with the Swaminathan study.
7. Delhi Statehood: He stated that our government will give Delhi complete statehood, as long-standing citizens have demanded.
